This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Open the masks in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new image 900 x 600 pixels, background white.

2. Selections>Select All.
Open your decoupage and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling - Side by side.



4. Effects>Plugins>Alf's Border FX - Border Checkers, default settings.



5. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the white part to select it.

Layers New Raster Layer.

6. Choose and set your foreground color with a color of you image; for me #248188.
Set your background color to white.



Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections>Select None.

7. Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic - Glass.



8. Activate your bottom layer.

Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur.



9. Activate your top layer.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your white background color.

10. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Mask AI by ElaineA-0001



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

11. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



12. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

13. Layers>Duplicate - 2 times.

14. Activate the layer of the first copy.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

15. Activate the top layer of the second copy.
Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

16. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Choose and set your foreground color with another color according to your work; for me #b06966.



Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color.

17. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select the mask Silvie_Mask_Abstract82G



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

18. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

19. Open your tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, if necessary.
Place correctly the tube.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

20. Open the wordart Frase Holly Jolly AI by Elaine

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

For my example, I resized to 70%. resize all layers not checked.

Place the wordart to your liking, or see my example.

21. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, with a color choose by your background.

22. Sign your work and save as jpg.
