This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Open the masks in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Choose a color from your image for the foreground color;
for me #84a3b5.
Set your background color to white #ffffff.



3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.

4. Open your image and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

5. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask MASK by ElaineA-Frangathos
Invert not checked or checked, at your choice.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>MErge>Merge Group.

6. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

7. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

8. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -1.



9. Activate your background color.

Effectsi>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Extravaganza - James Bondage.



10. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

11. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



12. Open your tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place the tube to your liking.

13. Layers>Duplicate.
Activate the layer below of the original.

14. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Toolbox - Blast, default settings.



15. Activate again your top layer.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

16. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select the mask MASK SA-Pinterest
Invert checked.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

17. Reduce the opacity of this layer to 84%, or according to your colors.

18. Open Word-Collecting Moments and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to the left.

19. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

20. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black.

Sign your work and save as jpg.
