This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



1. Set your foreground color to the color white.

2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

3. Selections>Select All.
Open your image and go to Edit>Copy.
minimize the image which will later you'll use it as a mask

Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Distortion - Circulator II, default settings.



5. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 80 pixels.

6. Edit>Paste into Selection - your image is still in memory.
Selections>Select none.

7. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Toolbox - Blast



8. Effects>3d Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



9. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Edit>Copy

Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.

10. Edit>Paste into Selection.

Keep selected.

11. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Kaleidoscope> - Mirrored & Scaled.



Repeat this effect another time.

12. Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



13. Repeat Drop shadow, vertical and horizontal -1.



14. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with your white foreground color.

15. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the image you used as background



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

16. Reduce the opacity of this layer to 60/70%, according to your colors.
Selections>Select None.

17. Open your tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, if necessary, resize all layers not checked.

Place correctly the tube.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

18. Open Frase Happy Holidays

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text at the top, or to your liking.

19. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black.

20. Sign your work and save as jpg.
