Thanks Elaine for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

For this tutorial, you will need:
2 themed images
1 tube

Filters VM Toolbox can be used alone or imported into Filters Unlimited.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Open the masks in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.
2. Selections>Select All.
Open your first image and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
3. Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic - Glass.

4. Set your foreground color with a color of your image; for me #e82e30.
Set you background color to white.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood fill the layer with your foreground color.
5. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask WSL_Mask297.jpg

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
6. Reduce this layer to 75%.
7. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood fill the layer with color white.
8. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select the mask NarahsMasks_1579.jpg

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
9. Activate your Selection Tool , rectangle,
and draw a rectangle on the first white frame

10. Layers>New Raster Layer
Open your second image and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
11. Activate again the mask's layer
and draw a selection on the second frame

12. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Edit>Paste into Selection - your image is still in memory.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
On this layer:
Effects>Plugins>Xero - Greyscaler, default settings.

13. Activate again the mask's layer.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, at your choice.
14. On this layer:
Effects>Plugins>VM Toolbox - Blast, default settings.

15. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
16. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame, default settings.

17. Open Moldura Tutorial 3 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Colorize, if you use other colors.
18. Open your tube Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left, or to your liking.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.
20. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black.
21. Sign your work and save as jpg.
