Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Selections>Select All.

3. Open your background image and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

5. Set your foreground color to white, or the color you like better.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

7. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

8. Edit>Copy.
Edit>Paste as new image, and minimize this image.

9. Go back to your work.

Effects>Plugins>Toadies - Weaver



10. Edit>Paste as new layer - the image of step 8 is still in memory.

11. Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

12. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow



13. Open the palm tree tube or whatever you prefer and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary and apply a Drop Shadow of your choice.
For my example, I used the previous settings, but with the yellow color.



14. Open your main tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary.
Move the tube to the left side, or according to your work.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

15. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

16. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



17. In the material, you'll find some simple Word Art.
Choose one and go to Edit>Copy.
Return to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
