Thanks Estela for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX9 and 2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.
Selections>Select All.
2. Open Gráfico 1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

4. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur - radius 35.

5. Effects>Plugins>Adjust - Variation
a click on Original, a click on More Blue and ok.

6. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic - Antique.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
7. Activate your top layer, Raster 1.
Effects>Plugins>Simple - Blintz
8. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Vertical Mirror

9. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.

10. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.

11. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.

12. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color to #5bc6ce.
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color.
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask NarahsMask_1853.

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
13. Open EF-Misted-Paisagem 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Don't move it.
14. Open EF-Fadinha_Deco_1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Objects>Align>Bottom.
Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
15. Open EF-Fadinha_Deco_2 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.
16. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

17. Open the tube 580fa-AI-LV26 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Move the tube to the right.
18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #ffd985.

Edit>Repeat Drop Shadow.
19. Open EF-Fadinha_Deco_3 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
K key to activate your Pick Tool 
Position X: 29,00 - Position Y.: 127,00.

20. Activate your Selection Tool 
and select a part of the text

21. Activate your Color Changer Tool 
Set your foreground color to #0b90d2,
Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color.

22. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

23. Activate the layer Raster 4.

Open EF-Fadinha_Deco_4 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
24. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.

25. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, color #fcad3d.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 35 pixels, symmetric, color #e3bb6b.
26. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance and feather 0,
and click in the last border to select it.
27. Effects>Reflection Effects>Kaleidoscope, default settings.

28. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, last settings.

29. Effects>Plugins>Penta.com - Jeans.

30. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.

Selections>Select None.
31. Open EF-Fadinha_Deco_5 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
32. Sign your work.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Save as jpg.
