This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX9 and 2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Colors



1. Set your foreground color with the color 1 #3a9fa7,
and your background color with the color 3 #e9ebf5.



2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 730 pixels.

Selections>Select All.

Open the jpg image imagem_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



4. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 45.



5. Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes.



6. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



7. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 50 pixels.

Set your foreground color to white #ffffff.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with color white.

Selections>Modify>Contract - 30 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard

8. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 50 pixels.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen.

9. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow.



Selections>Select None.

10. Activate your top layer, Raster 2.

Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
weave color: white
gap color: black



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.

Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

11. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



12. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy.



13. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Sapphire Filter 1c - Diagonal Splits, default settings.



14. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror



15. Open the tube EF-Favorite_Series_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Dissolve and reduce the opacity to 36%.

16. Open the tube EF-Favorite_Series_Deco_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.

17. Set again your foreground color to color 1 #6f769d,
and your background color to color 2 #f8dcb4.



Layers>New Raster Layer.

Effects>Plugins>Rendu - Nuages

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.



18. Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds, color white.



Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

19. Open the tube EF-Favorite_Series_Deco_3

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

20. Activate your Color Changer Tool
Flood Fill the white border with your foreground color.
don't hesitate to zoom in on the image to see it better



21. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the 3 frames to select them



Activate your bottom layer, Merged.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.

22. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 45.



Selections>Select None.

23. Activate your top layer, Raster 1.

Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Favorite_Series_1



Activate the tube Tube_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

24. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Favorite_Series_2



Open the tube Tube_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

25. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Favorite_Series_3



Activate the tube Tube_3

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

26. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.

27. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



28. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your background color, or color white.

29. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask NarahsMasks_1858



Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

30. Open Texto

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position the text to your liking.

31. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color 4 #000000.



32. Activate the layer of the frames, Promoted Selection.

Effects>Plugins>Andromeda - Perspective
Click on Preset



Set the settings and click on the sign at the bottom right to apply



Again click on the sign at the bottom wight to close.



Objects>Alig>Left.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to top

33. K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 0,00 - Position Y.: 158,00.



34. Open Tube_4

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube to the right, on the bottom border.

35. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



36. Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color 3 #e9ebf5.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 35 pixels, symmetric, color #e9ebf5.

37. Open the tube EF-Favorite_Series_Deco_4 (optional)
I included in the material my texts - in French and English - for the series I chose for my second version.

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

38. Sign your work.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black.

39. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy.



40. Save as jpg.
