This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX9 and 2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.

Set your foreground color to white #ffffff.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.

Selections>Select All.

2. Open the image grafico

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes - color #606060.



4. Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur



5. Effects>Edge Effects>Dilate.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror horizontal.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down, Raster 1.



6. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Inge-Lore_Sel_1



Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color #ffffff.

7. Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Edit>Paste into Selection - the graphic is still in memory.

Keep selected.

8. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Effects>3D Effects>Cutout.



Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Selections>Select None.

9. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Diamonds.
This effect works without window; result



Layers>Duplicate.
Activate the layer below, Raster 2.

10. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Filter Factory Gallery A - Triangular Mosaic, default settings.



11. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood.



12. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Dodge and reduce the opacity to 79%.



13. Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds - color #ffffff.



14. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy.



15. Open EF-Inge-Lore_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

16. Activate your top layer.

Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flexify 2.



17. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood, change Horizon width 76 and ok.



18. Open EF-Inge-Lore_Texto_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

19. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Extrude - Highlight color #6e4f88.



20. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



21. K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 13,00 - Position Y: 354,00



22. Open the tube Tube_Personagem

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position X: 551,00 - Position Y: 42,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

Preset Drop Shadow Blurry



24. Open EF-Inge-Lore_Deco_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 18,00 - Position Y: 16,00



M key to deselect the Tool.

25. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance and feather 0,
and click in the frame to select it.

Layers>New Raster Layer.

Open the image grafico-2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

26. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass
Select the preset Clear and ok



Selections>Select None.

27. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Layers>Duplicate.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 344,00 - Position Y: 214,00



M key to deselect the Tool.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, last setting.

28. Open EF-Inge-Lore_Texto_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position this text to your liking.

29. Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #857fb8.

Image>Add Borders, 25 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #857fb8.

30. Sign your work and save as jpg.
