Thanks Estela for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX9 and 2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Open the masks in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.
Set your foreground color to #ffffff,
and your background color to #238ab2 (for the borders).

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 730 pixels.
Selections>Select All.
Open the image imagem 1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
2. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.

3. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
4. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Distortion Effects>Pixelate

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.
5. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Vertical Mirror, default settings.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 80%.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
6. Open the misted mist 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
6. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, last settings.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 15

7. Effects>Artistic Effects>Halftone.

8. Layers>Duplicate.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.
Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
9. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood.

10. Open EF-Nautico_deco_1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer
11. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask EF-Mask_nautico_1.

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
12. Activate your Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.

13. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open the image imagem 2 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
14. Effects>Plugins>Adjust - Variation
un click sur Original, 1 click sur More Green et 1 clic on Darker

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
15. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Custom Selection 

16. Activate again the image imagem-1 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
17. Effects>Plugins>Adjust - Variation
1 click on Original, 1 click on More Green and 1 click on Darker
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
18. Activate your top layer.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select the mask EF-Mask_nautico_2.

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
19. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #0d3539.

20. Open the texte EF-Nautico_Texto 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text at the bottom right.

21. Close your background layer,
and stay on the top layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
22. Layers>Duplicate.
Activate the layer below.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blura - radius 15

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Multiply.
23. Open your background layer,
and stay on the layer Merged.
24. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.

24. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color #238ab2.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background #238ab2.
24. Layers>Promote Background Layer.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
25. Activate your background layer, Raster 1.
Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.

26. Effects>Plugins>Penta.com - Jeans, default settings.

27. Activate your top layer.
Sign your work on a new layer.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
28. Save as jpg.
