Thanks Estela for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX9 and 2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Set your foreground color to #305d62,
and your background color to #fefaeb.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.
Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Cloud.

Remember that this filter works with the colors of your material palette,
but it keeps in memory the first setting used after the the opening of Psp.
So, if you have already used the plugin, press Reset to be sure to have your colors.
The result of this effects is random, so it won't be the same as mine.
If you want to change the appearance of the clouds, click on the preview window,
until you'll see the result you like better.
Here below the result of my second version

2. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Mask

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
3. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Filter Factory Gallery E - Metalfalls, default settings.

the result may be different depending on the one obtained by the Cloud filter.
Here below the result of my second version

4. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light and reduce the opacity to 25%.
Ajust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.
5. Open EF-Windflower_Deco_1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move ir.
6. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel - color white.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Dodge and reduce the opacity to 45%.
7. Open EF-Windflower_Deco_2 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.
8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Seamless - Emboss at Alpha, default settings.

9. Open Misted_Flower 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
10. Adjust>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask.

11. Activate your top layer.
Open EF-Windflower_Deco_3 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Objects>Align>Left.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

12. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy (optional)


13. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 35 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
14. Open EF-Windflower_Deco_4 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
15. Open EF-Windflower_Deco_5 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to your liking.
16. Effects>Plugins>Penta.com - Jeans, default settings.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Burn - or to your liking.
Note by Estela:
In my versionĀ 2, I colored the text and apply the Drop Shadow (1/1/100/1/Black).
17. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #657469.
Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy

18. Sign your work and save as jpg.
