This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Colors



Set your foreground color to color 1

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 600 pixels.

Selections>Select All.

2. Open the jpg image JPG

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



4. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.



5. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Texture Effects>Straw Wall - color 1 (foreground)



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

6. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.

7. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - Diamonds.



8. Set both foreground and background color to color 3 #ffffff.
Author's note: For me, these colors improved my results.

Effects>Plugins>It@lian Editors Effect - Effetto Fantasma, default settings.



9. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
weave color: white
gap color: black



10. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



11. Open EF-Absinthe_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

12. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies



13. Effects>Reflection Effects>Kaleidoscope.



14. Open the woman's tube EF-Tube

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Objects>Align>Left.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.

15. Edit>Paste as new layer - the tube is still in memory.

Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
Objects>Align>Bottom.
Objects>Align>Left.

14. Adjust>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask, default settings.



15. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow.
Preset Drop Shadow Blurry with these settings



16. Open EF-Absinthe_Deco_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position the tube to your liking.

17. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color 2 #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 12 pixels, symmetric, color 3 #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color 2 #000000.

18. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 35 pixels, symmetric, color 4 .

19. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



Selections>Invert.

20. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.



21. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



22. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave, last settings.



23. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



Selections>Select None.

24. Sign your work.

Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color 2 #000000.
25. Image>Resize, 950 pixels de largeur, resize all layers checked.

Save as jpg.
