This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Copy the mask in the Masks Folder.

1. Set your foreground color to #00626b,
and your background color to #d1dfe8.



extra: black and white.

Open EF-A_Litter_Bird_Alpha
Window>Duplicate or, on the keyboard, shift+D to make a copy.



Close the original.
The copy, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains a selection saved to alpha channel.

2. Selections>Select All.

Open Grafico_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



4. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

5. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings



Layers>Duplicate.

6. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Toadies - Plain Mosaic Blur, default settings.



Reduce the opacity of this layer to 57%.

7. Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load Mask from Disk.
Look for and load the mask @nn_130912 mask 162_tdstudio



Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

8. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Cloud



Remember that this filter works with the colors of your material palette,
but it keeps in memory the first setting used after the the opening of Psp.
So, if you have already used the plugin, press Reset to be sure to have your colors.
The result of this effects is random, so it won't be the same as mine.
If you want to change the appearance of the clouds, click on the preview window,
until you'll see the result you like better.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.



9. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Move Up.

10. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



11. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Pole Transform.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

12. Activate your central layer, Raster 2.

Activate your Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Move Up.
Selections>Select None.

13. Effects>Plugins>Toadies - What are you, default settings



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

14. Set your foreground color to black #000000.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection #1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load.



Flood Fill the selection with black.

Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard

Keep selected.

15. The image Grafico-1 is still in memory:
Edit>Paste into selection.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Layers>New Raster Layer.

Effects>3D Effects>Cutout.



Selections>Select None.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

16. Layers>Duplicate.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 303,00 - Position Y: 60,00.



Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

17. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Position X: 571,00 - Position Y.: 323,00.



Image>Flip>Flip Horizontal.

attention, This command mirrors and leaves the image in the same position.



If you're using an older version that doesn't have this command,
Image>Mirror - Pick Tool
and repeat Position X: 571,00 - Position Y: 323,00



18. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, background color, shadow on new layer checked.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

19. Open EF-A_Litter_Bird_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 3 times.

20. Activate your top layer.

Open EF-A_Litter_Bird_Deco_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Pick Tool (K)

Position X: 621,00 - Position Y: 197,00.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #ffffff, shadow on new layer not checked.



Your tag and the layers



21. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 15 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.

Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.

22. Open EF-A_Litter_Bird_Deco_3

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Don't move it.

23. Open the tube Passaro_Amarelo

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 2 times to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>sharpen.

Place the tube to your liking.

24. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



25. Sign your work.

Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.

Image>Resize, 850 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Save as jpg.
