Thanks Estela for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Set your foreground color to #b12926,
and your background color (for the borders) to #5a1612.

1. Ouvrir une nouvelle image transparente 1000 X 650 pixels.
Remplir l'image transparente avec la couleur d'avant plan.
2. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.

3. Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds, color black.

4. Effects>Plugins>Italian Editors - Effetto Fantasma - 2 times with these settings.

5. Effects>Reflection Effects>Feedback.

6. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Vertical Mirror.

7. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.

8. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.

9. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Background Designers IV> - @Night Shadow.

10. Activate your Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.

Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
11. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.

Selections>Select None.
12. Effects>Geometric Effects>Spherize.

13. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, same settings.

14. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
15. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Geometric Effects>Circle.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
16. Open EF-Misted 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Move the tube a little to the left.
17. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss

18. Activate your top layer.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

19. Open the tube EF-Alone_Deco_1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
20. Open the tube EF-Alone_Texto 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to the left.
21. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

22. Open EF-Personagem 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Objects>Align>Right.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

23. Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, couleur #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #5a1612.
Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, couleur #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #5a1612.
Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, couleur #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #5a1612.
24. Open EF-Alone_Deco_2 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
25. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
