This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



1. Set your foreground color to #040404,
and your background color to #ebbd22.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Rectangular.



2. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 600 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.



4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



5. Effects>Distortion Effects>Pixelate



6. Effects>Plugins>Toadies - What are your, default settings.



7. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave



8. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.

9. Effects>Plugins>L&K's - L&K's Mayra, default settings.



10. Effects>Reflection Effects>Kaleidoscope.



11. Open EF-Confusion_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

12. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.

Activate your Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



Sélections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Move up.

13. Selections>Modify>Contract - 4 pixels.

Open the tube Misted-Face

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.

Position the tube on the selection.

14. Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

15. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.

You should have this



16. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy



17. Edit>Paste as new layer - the woman's tube is still in memory.

Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

18. K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: -3,00 - Position Y: 42,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 60%.

19. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror horizontal.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light and reduce the opacity to 69%



20. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1.

Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



21. Activate your top layer.

Open EF-Confusion_Deco_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position the text to your liking.

22. Set your foreground color to white.

Selections>Select All.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

Selections>Modify>Contract - 4 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.

Selections>Select None.

23. Image>Add Borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, color #b78e1a.
Image>Add Borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.

23. Sign your work on a new layer.

Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Image>Resize, 900 pixels width.

Save as jpg.
