Thanks Estela for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the selections in the Selections Folder.
1. Set your foreground color to #3891b9,
and your background color to #ede6e0.

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Radial.

2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.

4. Effects>Plugins>Simple - 4Way Average.
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Background Designers IV> - sf10 Slice N Dice

5. Effects>Plugins>Filters unlimited 2.0 - VM Texture - Dribble, default settings.

6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Effects>Plugins>VanDerLee - Unplugged-X 45° Rectangle.
Foreground color

7. Objects>Align>Center in Canvas.
Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Flood Fill the selection with your background color.
8. Selections>Modify>Contract - 10 pixels.
Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
9. Selections>Modify>Contract - 50 pixels.
Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Flood Fill the selection with your background color.
Repeat the step 8.
10. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
11. Activate your top layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Selections>Select None.
12. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

13. Effects>Plugins>Filters unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Canvas Fine, default settings.

14. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Face_1

15. Activate your bottom layer.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
16. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.

17. Effects>Artistic Effects>Halftone.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Selections>Select None.
18. Activate your top layer.
Open EF-Face_Deco_1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Adjust>One Step Photo Fix.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 44%.
19. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.

20. Effects>Effects 3D>Drop Shadow, color #ffffff.

21. Open the tube EF-Face_ 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube a bit down.
22. Adjust>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask, default settings.

23. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Face_2

Press CANC on the keyboard.
24. Selections>Invert.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Effects>3D Effects>Cutout.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Selections>Select None.
25. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Face_3

26. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
Selections>Select None.
27. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.
28. Edit>Paste as new layer - the image in memory from step 26.
29. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #1389bf.
Image>Add Borders, 12 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #1389bf.
Image>Add borders, 35 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
30. Open EF-Face_Deco_2 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Activate your Color Changer Tool with these settings

Flood Fill with your foreground color.
31. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, background color #dee9ef

32. Sign your work on a new layer.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #1389bf.
Image>Resize, 800 pixels width.
Save as jpg.
