Thanks Estela for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

For this tutorial, you will need:

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Copy the selections in the Selections Folder.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 600 pixels.
Selections>Select All.
2. Open the image Grafico-1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

4. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 30.

5. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes - color white.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
6. Effects>Plugins>L&k's - L&K's Adonis

7. Open the tube Misted-Face 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.
8. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

9. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 30.

10. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
weave color: light color #e3e8ee

11. Effects>Texture Effects>Tiles

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Dodge.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Note by Estela: in my second version I reduced the opacity of the layer
12. Open EF-Florence_Deco_1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
13. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection florence_5

14. Activate again the tube Misted-Face et Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard .
Selections>Invert.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Selections>Select None.
Edit>Copy
15. Stay on this layer.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection florence_1

Edit>Paste into Selection.
16. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection florence_2

the new selection replace the previous one
Edit>Paste into Selection.
17. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection florence_3

Edit>Paste into Selection.
18. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection florence_4

Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Result

19. Activate the layer below, Raster 2.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

20. Open EF-Florence_Deco_2 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #3b182e.

21. For the next plugin:
Set your foreground color to #ffffff,
and your background color to #3b182e (or a color of your tube).

Activate the layer Raster 2 (the layer of the deco-1)
Effects>Plugins>L&K's - L&K's Mayra.

22. Open EF-Florence_Deco_3 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.
23. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
24. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.
Image>Resize, 850 pixels width, resize all layers checked.
Save as jpg.
Enregistrer en jpg.
