This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 600 pixels.
Selections>Select All.
2. Open Misted-Fundo 
Activate the bottom layer.
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
3. Effects>Plugins>VM Toolbox - Blast, default settings.

Layers>Duplicate
4. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Pizza Slice Mirror.
Effects>Plugins>L&K's - L&K's Katharina.

5. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

6. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
7. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.

8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.

9. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , feather 80,

Click in the transparent part to select it.
Press 4-5 times CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
Set again the feather to 0.
10. Activate the layer below.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.

11. Activate your top layer.
Open EF-Pure_Sky_Deco_1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
12. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.

13. Activate again the image EF-Misted-Fundo
Activate the top layer of the misted and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
14. K key to activate your Pick Tool 
Position X: 422,00 - Position Y: -49,00.

M key to deselect the Tool.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
15. Close your top layer.
Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
16. Open and activate your top layer.
activate your Magic Wand Tool 
and click in the frames to select them.
17. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
18. Activate your top layer, Raster 2.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

19. Set your foreground color to white #ffffff.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask EF_Mask_707 .

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
20. Open the tube EF-791 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the bottom left border.
21. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy, last settings.

22. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #1b5834.

23. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 25 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
24. Open EF-Pure_Deco_2 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Position the text to your liking.
25. Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color #ffffff.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #074a38.

26. Sign your work.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Resize, 800 pixels width.
Save as jpg.
