This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.

1. Open the image EF-True_Love_Fundo

This image will be the basis of your work.

Layers>Promote Background Layer.

2. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wind - from right, strength 100



3. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave.



4. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>°V° Kiwi's Oelfilter - Zig-Zack



5. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



6. Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates



7. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

8. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection EF-True_Love_Sel



Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

9. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.

10. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

11. Effects>Geometric Effects>Spherize



12. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



13. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

13. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

14. Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic - Glass



15. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic Antique



Note: Only from the PSP2022 version onwards can the number of columns be set up to 150.
If you are using an earlier version, set the maximum number to 100.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen and reduce the opacity to 30%.



16. Activate your top layer.

Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).

17. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Vertical Mirror.



18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #99c9c3



19. Open the tube EF_Misted

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube to the left side.

20. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.



21. Open the tube EF-True_Love_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Don't move it.

22. Activate your bottom layer.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Andrew's Filter 48 - Mixing Dots And More Dots



23. Activate your top layer.

Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged

24. Edit>Paste as new image
On this image:
Image>Resize, to 20%, resize all layers checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.

25. Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

26. K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 523,00 - Position Y: 165,00.



27. Layers>Duplicate.

Position X: 759,00 - Position Y: 165,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

28. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



29. Open EF-True_Love_Texto

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the text to your liking.

30. Image>Add borders, 42 pixels, symmetric, color white.

31. Open the tube EF-True_Love_Deco_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

32. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.

33. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.

34. Image>Resize, 850 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Save as jpg.
