This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.
Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 600 pixels.

Selections>Select All.

2. Open the image Gráfico

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.



4. Effects>Modules Externes>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Plugins AB 07 - Bits Here...



5. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling



6. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance 20 and feather 60



Click in the transparent part to select it.

Press 4 times CANC on the keyboard

Selections>Select None.

don't forget to set again tolerance and feather to 0

7 Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



8. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Set your foreground color to #49afcb,
and your background color to white #ffffff.



9. Effects>Plugins>>Rendu - Nuages - this effect travail sans fenêtre.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.



10. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color #ffffff.

11. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask EF-Vibrante_Mask



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

12. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Vibrante



13. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color #ffffff.

Selections>Modify>Contract - 5 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.

Keep selected.

14. Edit>Paste as new layer - your jpg graphic is still in memory.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Cut (to keep the image in memory)

15. Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.



16. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light and reduce the opacity to 34%.



17. Effects>Plugins>>Xero - Radiance, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

18. Activate your top layer.

Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy.



19. Activate the layer Raster 3.



Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.

20. Effects>Plugins>>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Backlight - preset Filled Foggy



21. Open the tube EF-Tube

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Objects>Align>Right.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Selections>Select None.

22. Open EF-Vibrante_texto

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text to the left, see my example.

23. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



24. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Adjust>White Balance (optional)



Author's note: I did not use this feature in the second version.

25. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 15 pixels, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.

26. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Image>Resize, 850 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Save as jpg.
