This tutorial, created with PSP9, was translated with PspX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here



The texture Grid (Corel_15_006) is standard in PSP.
If you don't find it in your PSP, copy the supplied texture in the Textures Folder.

The Gradient Landscape sunset (Corel_06_014) is standard in PSP.
If you don't find it in your PSP, copy the supplied gradient in the Gradients Folder.

1. Open a new transparent image 400 x 250 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to Gradient and select the dégradé Landscape sunset (Corel_06_014), style Linear



Set your background color to #000066.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



4. Image>Canvas Size - 1000 x 900 pixels.



5. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



6. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



7. Effects>Distortion Effects>Warp.



8. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



9. Open the misted misted

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

10. Effects>Distortion Effects>Punch.



11. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

12. Set your foreground color to #c6cb3f.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



13. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with the new gradient.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

14. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



15. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



16. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror vertical (Image>Flip).

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

17. Effects>Distortion Effects>Warp, same settings.



18. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 2.



19. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Select All.
Edit>Paste into Selection - the misted is still in memory.
Selections>Select None.

20. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light (optional in your version).

21. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 2.



22. Effects>Plugins>L&K's - L&K's Zitah, default settings.



23. Activate your top layer.

Open the woman's tube 9036-LuzCristina

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to the left side.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

24. Open the text texto

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text to your liking.

25. Image>Add Borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, light color.
Image>Add Borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, light color.
Image>Add Borders, 55 pixels, symmetric, dark color.

26. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
click in the last border to select it.

27. Effects>Texture Effects>Texture - select the texture Grid (Corel_15_006).



28. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



Selections>Select None.

29. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, light color.

30. Image>Resize, to 84%, resize all layers checked.

Sign your work and save as jpg.

The misted are mine, made from mexican landscapes.
