This tutorial has been translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.

Choose a color from your graphic for the foreground;
for me #02104f,
and set your background color to #ffffff.



1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.

Selections>Select All.

2. Open your background image gráfico-newyear-MJ

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi 2 - Flat Median.



4. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Designer sf10II> - Hinzenberg's Mirror 01



5. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



6. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling



7. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.



8. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



9. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection MJ-newyear-1



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.

10. Selections>Modify>Contract - 12 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

11. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
weave color: foreground color #02104f
gap color: background color #ffffff



12. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Load again the selection MJ-newyear-1



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.

13. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.



14. Open the misted misted-azul

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

15. Activate your top layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color black.



16. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
Edit>Paste as new layer.

17. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



Layers>Arrange>Move down.

18. Activate again your bottom layer Raster 1.

Effects>Plugins>VM Natural - Sparkle.





19. Activate your top layer.

Open texto-1-MJ

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen, or other, according to your work.

20. Open deco-2026-MJ

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Place the tube to your liking.

21. Open the tube femme-newyear-MJ

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube to the right.

The tube has already its drop shadow.

22. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Edit>Copy
For caution Edit>Paste as new image and minimize.

Your tag and the layers - adapt Blend Mode and opacity according to your work.



23 Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #02104f.
Selections>Select All.

24. Image>Add Borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color white.

25. Selections>Invert.

Edit>Paste into Selection - the image copied at step 22.

26. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.



27. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



28. Effects>Plugins>VM Natural - Sparkle, last settings.



29. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

30. Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

31. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



32. Sign your work.
LayersMerge>Merge All.

33. Image>Resize, 1000 pixels width, resize all layers checked.
Save as jpg.
