This tutorial has been translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the selections in the Selections Folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material

Choose two colors from the tube.
For the example:

Set your foreground color to the light color #6ea6c1,
and your background color to the dark color #05233d.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

2. Selections>Select All.

Open the tube misted

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



4. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20.



5. Effects>Plugins>Pixelate - Sector Mosaic



6. Effects>Plugins>°V° Kiwi's Oelfilter - Zig-Zack, default settings.



7. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



8. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Layers>Duplicate.

9. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask VZSTM12, Invert mask data checked.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

10. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Seamless - Emboss at Alpha, default settings.



11. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection pixelate-MJ



Press CANC on the keyboard

Selections>Select None.

12. Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000 - Motion Trail.



13. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color white.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy) - if you deem it necessary

14. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection pixelate-1-MJ



Layers>New Raster Layer.

15. Edit>Paste into Selection - the misted is still in memory.



Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Selections>Select None.

Activate the layer Raster 1.

16. Open deco-MJ

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer .

Change the Blend Mode to Luminance (L) - or other - and reduce the opacity +/-71% (according to your colors).

Your tag and the layers - adapt Blend Mode and opacity according to your colors.



17. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, light foreground color.

18. Selections>Select All.

Edit>Copy

Image>Add Borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, dark background color.

19. Selections>Invert.

Edit>Paste into Selection - the image of step 18.

20. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color black.



21. Edit>Copy

Selections>Select All.

22. Image>Add Borders, 25 pixels, symmetric, dark background color.

23. Selections>Invert.

Edit>Paste into Selection - the image of step 21.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

24. Open the tube femme-blue-MJ

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer .

Image>Resize, à 58%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the right.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, at your choice.

25. Open vaso-deco-MJ

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer .

Image>Resize, to 35%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the left.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, at your choice.

26. Sign your work.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.

27. Image>Resize, 1000 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Save as jpg.
