This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX8 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

If you have problems with alpha channel, open a new transparent image 950 x 550 pixels,

1. Open canal alpha Cool Pop Art 2
This image, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selections saved to alpha channel.

Note: stay on the same layer until step 8 (selection 8).

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection sélection 1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load.



Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color.

There is no need to deselect, because the new selection replaces the previous one

Open the selections menu and load the selection sélection 2



Flood Fill the selection with your background color.

3. Set your foreground color to color 3 #4ceff6
and your background color to color 4 #f01d02

and your background color to white.



Layers>New Raster Layer.

Stay on this layer.

9. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection sélection 9



Flood Fill the selection with your white color.

Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel, color 5 #f7da00.



Selections>Select None.

10. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Artistic Effects>Halftone



Edit>Repeat Halftone.

Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, Side by side.



Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy
(adapt to your colors)



11. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light, or according to your colors.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Result



11. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.

Image>Resize, to 55%, resize all layers not checked.

Image>Free rotate - 90 degrees to right.



Effects>Distortion Effects>Spiky Halo - color black



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.
(if your colors are lighter: duplicate if necessary).

13. Activate the layer Raster 1.

Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur



14. Activate your top layer



Open Déco 2 visages

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 80%.
If you use other misted, resize if necessary

15. Open the tube décos pop art par MM

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 1,00 - Position Y: 23,00.




M key to deselect the Tool.

To change the déco pop part color, make a selection of the word

Activate your Color Changer Tool
Click on the work to apply your color.
Selections>Select None.

Repeat for every word.
If you want to position the words differently, see the separate pop art decos and title folder
select the colors with your Magic Wand Tool tolerance and feather 0,
and apply the Effect Halftone

Otherwise:

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection sélection 10



Effects>Artistic Effects>Halftone, with these new settings.



Selections>Select None.

17. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Edit>Copy.
For caution: Edit>Paste as new image and minimize it.

18. Go back to your work.

Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, color 5 #f7da00.
Image>Add Borders, 15 pixels, symmetric, color black.

Selections>Select All.

19. Image>Add Borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.

Selections>Invert.

Edit>Paste into Selection - the image of step 17 is still in memory.

Effects>Artistic Effects>Halftone, as step 10



Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

20. Open the tube Pop Art Lady_AIgen MM

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube down in the center.
(Objects>Align>Bottom and Objects>Align>Horizontal Center).

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, last settings, or at your choice.

21. Open Déco rose tube MM

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 877,00 - Position Y: 481,00



M key to deselect the Tool.

22. Sign your work on a new layer.

Add the author and the translator's watermark.

23. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black.

Image>Resize, 950 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

24. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen (or according to your work).

Save as jpg.
