This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX8 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here



Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Set your foreground color to #f191919,
and your background color to #7bbdd2.



1. Open a new transparent image 950 x 550 pixels.
Selections>Select All.

2. Open your background image image-fond

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

Layers>Duplicate.
Close this layer



3. Activate your bottom layer.

Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic Antique



4. Layers>Duplicate.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay (or according to your image).



Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic Glass.



5. Open and activate your top layer.



Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Masque mosaique 1-MM



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>Plugins>AAA Filters - Transparent Vignette, default settings.



Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.



6. Activate the layer below.

Open déco mosaïque

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy)
Note: According to your colors, on this layer you can do again Transparent vignette,
last settings

7. Activate again your top layer.

Open déco 1

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy)

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Edit>Repeat Drop Shadow.

Your tag and the layers



8. Activate your background layer, Raster 1.

Edit>Copy

Edit>Paste as new image (for caution).

9. Go back to your work.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color.
Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, background color.

Selections>Invert.

10. Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Radial



Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.

Effects>Plugins>Texturas - Effet Mosaïque, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

11. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color.
Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 25 pixels, symmetric, background color.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

12. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color.
Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 25 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Selections>Invert.

Edit>Paste into Selection - the minimized image is still in memory.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto frame.



Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, last settings.
Selections>Select None.

13. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Geometric Effects>Circle.



Image>Resize, to 20%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Stay on this layer.

14. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float.
Selections>Defloat.

Open déco glass

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Position with your Pick Tool (K)
Position X: 78.00 - Position Y: 274,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

15. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, last settings.

16. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.

Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



Effects>Plugins>AAA Filters - Transparent Vignette, default settings.



Edit>Repeat Transparent Vignette.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Ligh
(or leave Normal, according to your colors).

17. Note: to colorize the tubes décos coins you can use your Target to Color Tool and apply the choosen color.

Activate your top layer.

Open déco coins1 MM

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.

18. Open déco coins2 MM

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.

19. Open Titre

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 398,00 - Position Y: 111,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

20. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float.
Selections>Defloat.

Selections>Modify>Contract - 1 pixel.
Flood Fill the selection with your gradient.

Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic Antique, last settings.



Selections>Select None.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, background color.



Repeat Drop Shadow, foreground color.



Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

21. Open the tube Lady tutoriel Mosaïque-Aigen MM

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not checked.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 194,00 - Position Y: 166,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

Layers>Duplicate.
Activate the layer below of the original.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.

22. Activate your top layer.

Open the tube Vase-tutoriel Mosaïque-Aigen MM

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 30%, resize all layers not checked.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 727,00 - Position Y: 368,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color back.



23. Sign your work.
Add the author and the translator's watermark.

Image>Resize, 950 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Adjust>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask - Soft
