This tutorial was translated with PSP09 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.

Open the patterns in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #6a0201,
and your background color to #f70e21.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color.

3. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



4. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



5. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



6. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance 0, feather 20



Click on the transparent part to select it.
Press 4 times CANC on the keyboard

Selections>Select None.

7. Open CV_ST_VALENTIN_0043

Erase the watermark and go to Édition>Copier.
Revenir sur votre travail et Édition>Coller comme nouveau calque.
Move the tube at the bottom left.

8. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

9. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Distortion - Broken Mirror, default settings.



10. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection sel.48.nines



11. Set your foreground color to Pattern and select the pattern Fondo_Valentine



12. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with your Foreground Pattern.

14. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass, with this settings

Glass Color: foreground color #6a0201



15. Selections>Modify>Contract - 70 pixels.



Press CANC on the keyboard.

Keep selected.

16. Set again your foreground color to #6a0201,
and keep your background color with #f70e21.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



17. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.

18. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass, same settings.



Selections>Modify>Contract - 30 pixels.



Keep selected.

19. Layers>New Rasetr Layer.

Set your foreground color to Pattern and select the golden pattern 008_verloop9a-ca



Flood Fill the selection with your golden pattern.

20. Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.



Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.

21. Open the tube aigenbycaz_valemntine(9)

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 1 time to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube au centre.



22. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



23. Close the layers 1,2,3



24. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

25. Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

26. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Layers>View>All.

27. Open aigenbycaz_valemntine (27)

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 1 time to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom right.



28. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



29. Open Texto_Amor Forever_Nines

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text up.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.



30. Open cupid-seek-valentine-0006-topz-denoise-enhance-faceai-sharpen

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the bottom left.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

31. Sign your work on a new layer.
Add the author's watermark without forgetting the translator's.

32. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

33. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #6a0201.
Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, color #0d2642.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #6a0201.

34. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance and feather 0,
and click in the last border to select it.

35. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Distortion - Gear, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

36. Save as jpg.
