This tutorial was translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,

1. Open a new transparent image 800 x 550 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color.

2. Selections>Select All.

Open your main tube Tube moeder en kind_Pink

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 50.



4. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Filter Factory Gallery B - Button Deluxe.



5. Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective Horizontal.



Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.

Layers>Merge>Merge All.

6. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance and feather 0,
click in the top and bottom white zones to select them.



Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color.

Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



Selections>Select None.

7. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



8. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow.

Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

16. Activate your top layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Edit>Repeat Merge Down.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



18. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel2-moederdag 2025



Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections>Select None.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



23. Open the text Tekst moederdag_Pink

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the bottom right, see my example.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

24. Open the flowers tube Tube bloemen_Pink

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the upper right, or to your liking.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Image>Mirror>Mirror horizontal.
Move this tube at the bottom left, or to your liking.

25. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow
preset Drop Shadow Low, with these settings.



26. Selections>Select All.

Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.

Selections>Invert.
Selections>Promote Selection to layer.

Effects>Plugins>Screenworks - Hollow Dot



if you use the "simple" version of this filter:

If you import the filter in Unlimited



Reduce the opacity of this layer to 45%.
