Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color (color 3).

14. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Extrude
Select the preset les 125_Pink and ok.



15. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance and feather 0,
and click in the circle to select it.



Selections>Modify>Expand - 2 pixels.

Edit>Copy.
