This tutorial. written and translated with PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

1. Choose 2 colors to work.
For me:
Set your foreground color to #214774,
and your background color to #ffdebd.

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.

2. Open AlphaChannel_Circle
This image, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selections saved to alpha channel.

Flood Fill

the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Selections>Select All.

Open your tube TubeWoman_TubedAnaMaria

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste Into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.

5. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, radius 10.

6. Effects>Plugins>Toadies - Weaver

7. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear- Flexify 2
Attention, please: Flip is checked

8. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Alpha Channel.
The selection Selection #1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load.

9. Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.

Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings

10. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass.

11. Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Alpha Channel
Open the Selections Menu and load the selection Selection #2

Press CANC on the keyboard

Selections>Invert.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.

Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

12. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Alpha Channel.
Open the Selections Menu and load the selection Selection #3

Again Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass, same settings.

13. Selections>Select None.

We have this

14. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling

15. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling

16. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

17. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Alpha Channel.
Open the Selections Menu and load the selection Selection #4

18. Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, Color #000000

19. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen, opacity 100

We have this

20. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling

21. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.

22. Activate your Magic Wand Tool

, Tolerance 0 and Feather 30.

Click on the transparent part to select it.

Press 5 times CANC on the keyboard

Don't forget to set again the Feather to 0.

Selections>Select None.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - Color #000000

23. Your tag and the layers:

24. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.

Selections>Select All.

25. Image>Add Borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.

Selection>Invert.

Edit>Paste Into Selection.

26. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20.

Selection>Invert.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.

27. Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Alpha Channel.
Load again the selection Selection #1

28. Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000

Your tag and the layers

29. Activate the top layer, Promoted Selection.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

Edit>Repeat Drop Shadow.

30. Activate again the tube TubeWoman_TubedAnaMaria

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste As New Layer.
Move

the tube to the left side.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

31. Open TituloCircle_byAnaMaria-Marcinha

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste As New Layer.

Move

the tube to the right side.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, background color.

32. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.

33. Image>Resize, if you want.
Sign your work or add your watermark and save as jpg.
