This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX9, PSPX8 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Copy the presets in the folders of the plugin Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact>Settings>Shadow/Glass.
One or two clic on the file (it depends by your settings), automatically the preset will be copied in the right folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

If you have problems with Alpha Channel, open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels,
and use the selections from Disk.

Choose a color from your misted that possibly matches the main tube.
For my example:
Set your foreground color to #68988b,
and your background color to white #ffffff.

1. Open CanalAlpha_COLORFUL CHRISTMAS

Window>Duplicate or, on the keyboard, shift+D to make a copy.



Close the original.
The copy, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selections saved to alpha channel.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color.

2. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.

Open the misted mentali-misted2782

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 10.



Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



3. Layers>Merge>Merge visible to a new layer.

in older versions: Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged
Edit>Paste as new layer

4. Effcts>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.



5. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Two Moon - Wish it would rain.



6. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - RCS Filter Pak 1.0 - RCS TripleExposure, default settings.



7. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



8. Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.

The result may be slightly different here, depending on the tube used.

9. Effects>Plugins>AAA Filters - Custom - Landscape e ok.



10. Edit>Paste as new layer - your misted is still in memory
Image>Resize, if necessary. For me, I resized only in my third version to 80%.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 40%.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

Stay on this layer.

11. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection #1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load
(from disk ©Yedralina_Sel0927).



12. Flood Fill the selection with your white background color.
(click 4 fois, to fill better).

Selections>Modify>Contract - 35 pixels.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Dissolve,
and reduce the opacity +/-12%, to your liking.

Keep selected.

13. Activate the layer Raster 2 (under the layer Merged).



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.
Keep always selected.

14. Edit>Paste into Selection - the misted is always in memory.
Reduce the opacity of this layer +/-75%, according to your tube.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

15. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass
Select the preset ©Yedralina_Glass2



Selections>Select None.

16. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load th selection #2 (from Disk Sel0126).



Activate the layer Raster 2.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to top.

17. Activate your misted.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.

Edit>Copy.

18. Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

19. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



20. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

21. Activate the layer of the misted, Raster 3.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Silvie_Mask_Glitter_Deco88T



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

22. Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen.

23. Selections>Select All.

Image>Add Borders, 45 pixels, symmetric, color white.

24. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow.
Select the preset EC5-DS3-©Yedralina



Selections>Select None.

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 952,00 - Position Y: 130,00.



26. Layers>Duplicate.

Position X: 1000,00 - Position Y: 130,00.



27. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

28. Open the tube Deco00278©Yedralina

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position X: 220,00 - Position Y: 47,00.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

M key to deselect the Tool.

29. Open your main tube Noel70.coly

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube to the right.
Objects>Align>Bottom.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, at your choise; for me, last settings.



30. Open the text Titulo COLORFUL CHRISTMAS_Yedra

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

If you prefer, you can write it with your language.
Here below my settings

COLORFUL
Font Copperplate Gothic Bold - color white



CHRISTMAS
Font Castle Combe - color white



Layers>Merge>Merge Down

31. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light and reduce the opacity to 50%
(for my example I didn't reduce the opacity).

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #3d606c (color #1a3d7a in my second version),
shadow on new layer checked.



K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position x: 6,00 - Position Y: 579,00.



For my example, I used these settings for both the text and shadow layers.



32. Image>Resize, 1000 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

33. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
