This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX9, PSPX8 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

If you have problems with Alpha Channel, open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels,
and use the selections from disk.

Copy the preset in the Presets Folder.

Open the masks in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.

Set your foreground color to the color 1 #6d5684
and your background color to the color 2 #ac9abe

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Radial.



1. Open Canal Alpha_FERIA26

This image, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selections saved to alpha channel.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

2. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



3. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.

4. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection #1 is immediately available.
You just have to click Load.

Selections>Select None.

7. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 40%, resize all layers not checked.

8. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



9. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.

Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror



Edit>Copy.
Edit>Paste as new image, and minimize this image.

Go back to your work.

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position the tube on the selection to your liking.

Press CANC on the keyboard

16. Reduce the opacity of this layer +/-57%
(or change the Blend Mode to Soft Light, according to your tube)

17. Selections>Modify>Contract - 40 pixels.

18. Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.

20. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load again the selection #2 (or ©Yedralina_Sel0146)



The new selection will replace the previous one

27. Set your foreground color to the color white.

Flood Fill the layer with the color white

Select the mask Empty_1400x1050



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 2 times.

Reduce the opacity of this layer +/-75%.

28. Layers>New Raster Layer.

32. Open your deco tube 4641©Yedralina

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, if necessary, for me I resized 2 times to 50%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Position correctly the tube.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, last settings.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (Legacy).

33. Open the text Texto FERIA26©Yedralina

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
