This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX9, PSPX8 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the preset in the folder of the plugin Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Texture>Settings>Weave.
One or two clic on the file (it depends by your settings), automatically the preset will be copied in the right folder.

Place the brush in Brushes folder.
Attention, please, the brush is composed by two files, you must place both the files in the folder.
The brush has been created with PSPX9. If it doesn't work in your PSP version, open the jpg file and go to File>Export>Custom Brush.

Copy the preset Emboss 3 in your Presets Folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Set your foreground color to #941515,
and your background color to #ffffff.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Rectangular.



Open CanalAlpha_LOVE.

This image, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selections saved to alpha channel.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your Rectangular Gradient.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 15.



2. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



Layers>Duplicate

3. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures - Weave
Select the preset EC5T_Weave01_Yedra and ok.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color black.



4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



5. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



6. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection #1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load.



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Selections>Invert.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 25 pixels.

Flood Fill the selection with the color white.

Selections>Modify>Contract - 1 pixel.
Press CANC on the keyboard

7. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection #2



Open the misted KaD_MistedPeople1

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place the tube on the selection, to your liking.



8. Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard

Selections>Select None.

9. Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Activate again the top layer of the frames.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

10. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with the color white.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask NarahsMasks_1737



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

11. Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.

Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.



Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 2 times.
Activate again your top layer.

12. Edit>Paste as new layer - your main tube is still in memory.
Image>Resize, if necessary. For the supplied tube to 120%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the left, to your liking; for me



13. Activate your bottom layer.
Selections>Select All.
Activate again the layer of the tube.
Image>Crop to Selection.

14. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection #3



Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.

15. Open the text VDay013

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 150%, resize all layers not checked.

Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



16. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float.
Selections>Defloat.

Press CANC on the keyboard (to erase the color).

Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color (2 or 3 click, to your liking).

Selections>Select None.

17. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection #4



18. Activate your Brush Tool ,
Look for and select the brush Petalos



Apply the brush on the selection, clicking with your right button to use the white background color.



Selections>Select None.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 5 times - over the layer Copy of Raster 1.

19. Set again your foreground color to Gradient and change the settings, style Linear.



20. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, white background color.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, simmetriche, foreground color.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, simmetriche, white background color.

Selections>Select All.

21. Image>Add borders, 35 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.

Selections>Invert.
Flood Fill the selection with your Linear Gradient.

22. Repeat Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame, width 10.



Selections>Select None.

23. Image>Resize, 1000 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

In my second version, at this point, I applied the plugin AAA Filters - Custom (Landscape).

24. Sign your work on a new layer.

Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.

If you want, add an animation.
