This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX9 and 2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



1. Set your foreground color to the color 1,
and your background color to the color 2.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst



2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Selections>Select All.

Open the tube EF-Misted_Personagem

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



5. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 32.



6. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.



7. Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds - color white.



8. Effects>Plugins>°V° Kiwi's Oelfilter - Zig Zack



9. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Blintz.
This effect works without window; result



10. Open EF-Dona_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.

11. Effects>Plugins>L&K's - L&K's Katharina.



12. Open EF-Dona_Deco_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.

Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

13. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).

Change the Blend Mode to Hard Light, opacity 50.
Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

14. Effects>Reflection Effects>Kaleidoscope.



Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not checked.

16. Effects>Plugins>Toadies - Weaver.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

21. Open EF-Dona_Deco_3

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.

22. Activate your Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



Activate the layer Merged.

23. Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.

24. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 32.



Selections>Select None.

25. Activate again the tube EF-Misted_Personagem and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

26. Custom Selection



Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Invert.

27. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Effects>3D Effects>Cutout.



28. Close the layers Merged and Copy of Merged.
Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

29. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color white.



Selections>Select None.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



30. Open the closed layers.

Open EF-dona_Deco_4

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.

Change the Blend Mode to Dodge and reduce the opacity to 89% (optional).

31. Open EF-dona_Deco_5

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Position to your liking.

Layers>Duplicate.

32. Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color white.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, color white
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, color white.

33. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
